My full name is Kiril Eftimov - a Pure Athlete and a Fitness Coach.

I am 29 years old - born on 18.02.1996.

I’m also the voice behind the Pure Athlete movement.

About my character - I am a man of God, so my values come from my faith in Our Lord - Jesus Christ.

    I have chosen to walk the hardest path in fitness - building my body without the help of performance-enhancing supplements and PE drugs. Just food and training.
